There are NO REFUNDS for services or goods. I reserve the right to issue salon credit up to, but not to exceed %50 of the service or exchange product for equal or lesser retail value excluding tip and 2.5% card processing fee if applicable.
It is my mission to help you look and feel your very best. To ensure that, communication is the key to success. Active participation in the consultation and during the service is the responsibility of the stylist AND the guest.
If you are unsatisfied with your service and leave your appointment without addressing the concern, I will make an effort to correct the issue in a manner that meets realistic expectations and at a time that works best for BOTH of us. I have the right to refuse requests based on the consultation, condition of the hair, and amount of time required.
If we cannot agree on correcting the issue raised, I reserve the right to terminate the service and deny additional services.
I pride myself on detailed consultation, active listening, and confirmation before and during the service. It is unfortunate a policy like this has to exist but I must protect my time and business.
